What we do

Soft washing, the way siding should be cleaned.

Most of the green and black you see on a house isn't really dirt, it's living algae and mildew growing into the surface. Blasting it with high pressure can force water behind the siding and chew up the finish. So we don't do that.

Instead we soft wash: a low-pressure rinse with a cleaning solution that kills the growth at the root and lifts it away. Your siding comes out evenly clean, and because we treat it instead of just blasting it, it stays clean a lot longer.

Is soft washing safe for my siding?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution instead of a high-pressure blast, so it's safe for vinyl, aluminum, wood and stucco. It actually protects your siding by killing the algae instead of just spraying it off.
How often should I get my house washed?
Most Valley homes look best with a wash every one to two years. Shaded or tree-lined sides facing the weather tend to grow algae faster, so those may need it a bit more often.
Will the cleaning hurt my plants or grass?
No. We wet down and rinse off surrounding plants and use a solution that breaks down safely. We take care of the landscaping while we work.
Do you clean the soffits and eaves too?
Yes, soffits, fascia, eaves and trim are part of a full house wash. We get the whole exterior, not just the easy-to-reach walls.
